What the company does

Ark Matter builds and runs software. The products below are ours: we publish them, you contract with us when you use them, and we are the data controller for the personal data they hold.

• Rilver — A reader and mail app. Newsletters, saved articles and your own mailbox, in colours and type you set to suit your own eyes. rilver.app, not yet released.
• GoGobo — A stage-lighting fixture database built from the manufacturers’ own GDTF files, with power, DMX and rider planning on top. gogobo.app.

Each product has its own privacy policy and terms. They handle different data for different reasons, and one document trying to cover both would end up too vague to help either set of readers. Ark Matter is named on both as the controller and the provider. The links are on the home page and in each product’s own footer.

App store listings

Where a product is distributed through the App Store or Google Play, Ark Matter is the seller and developer of record. The support, privacy and account-deletion links on those listings point at the product’s own site, not at this one. That is where somebody using the app expects to land.
